Can I make a power of attorney from abroad?
Yes. You sign it at the Pakistan embassy or consulate where you live, and it is then used or registered in Pakistan.
Does a sale agreement transfer ownership of property?
No. Ownership passes through a registered sale deed or a transfer by the relevant authority.
What happens if the wrong stamp paper is used?
The document may not be admissible as evidence until the deficient duty and a penalty are paid.
How quickly can documents be prepared?
Most documents are ready within one to three working days.
