Advocate M. Arsalan leads the firm’s corporate advisory, SECP compliance, and taxation practice. He has advised over 150 emerging businesses, technology startups, and overseas investors on entity incorporation, cross-border commercial agreements, and statutory compliance.

In his tax practice, he represents corporate and individual clients before the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Appellate Tribunals, handling income tax audit replies, sales tax registration, and challenging unjustified assessment orders.
